1. Damage Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay, including furnishings, appliances, Fixtures. and structural elements
Any damages must be reported immediately upon discovery.
2. Property Rules
Guests must abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Betabooking i.e. smoking policies, use of banned substance prohibition, occupancy limits, etc.
Smoking of Cigarettes is not allowed inside apartments Please use the designated outdoor areas.
The use of marijuana and other banned substances are PROHIBITED in Hotels and Apartments and within the
premises
Guests agree to a check-out inspection before the end of their stay. If a guest chooses not to wait for the check-out process, they automatically agree to accept responsibility for any damages recorded during the check-out inspection.
• Failure to comply with property rules may result in fines, penalties, and blacklisting from future use of our facilities.
3. Caution fee
A Caution fee of Fifty Thousand Naira [N50,000] may be required upon check-in to cover potential
damages.
Guest may also sign a Guest Responsibility Agreement.
The identification and/or security deposit will be returned to the guest upon check-out, provided there are no damages
4. Fines and Penalties
In the event of damages or rule violations, guests agree to pay fines or penalties as determined by the Hotel/Apartment Additional charges may apply for damages exceeding the security deposit amount.
Breaking of apartment rules attracts a charge of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only.
